With a history of 20 years and over a thousand performances, Maxxtone is a band that defies categorization.
Born in Springfield, MA by founding member Aaron Fay (lead vocals) in the spring of 2003, Maxxtone has travelled the US bringing their genre-hopping brand of good times from Maine to Miami and beyond, mixing a vast arsenal of cover songs as well as two independent original releases.
Along with longtime guitarist Pete Maserati, drummer Jesse Casinghino and bassist Matt Postel, Maxxtone covers popular rock, pop and dance songs from the 60's through today. Diversity is the key and Maxxtone can seamlessly play private parties, weddings, colleges, corporate functions or rip it up at any club in America. Maxxtone also delivers one of the countries top live band karaoke acts, bringing the show to colleges and private events across the Northeast and beyond!

Maxxtone has the Northeast's leading live band karaoke show they have dubbed “Rockstar Karaoke”. And it fits! All are welcome onstage to experience what it's like to front a rock band! Over 500 songs to choose from, a microphone and the lyrics on a video screen, this is the ultimate good time! Nervous? "You're OK!" Aaron will be there right beside you to help you along.

We were lucky enough to have Maxxtone perform at our wedding reception and let me just say they did an amazing job! One of our goals was to have the crowd dancing all night and we definitely achieved that goal! Our guests didn't want to leave!! We have a 7 year old son and he told us it was the best day of his life and we can honestly say that Maxxtone was a big reason for that. They set up a microphone just for him and he got to sing a couple songs with that band. It made his night! The guys were so great with him.

"When we first started to plan our wedding reception, we knew we wanted a live band to perform. Maxxtone was above and beyond our expectations. Maxxtone delivered a professional live concert for our guests, and truly made the night perfect. Jesse made the scheduling and arrangements very easy, and there was never a doubt in our minds about any last minute complications. The band arrived at the reception site hours early to set up, and were geared up and ready to play before guests arrived.
The band's sound, volume, and performance where perfect. We were a little nervous of the possibility of the band being too loud, making it difficult for conversations. They were able to control the sound and volume to not only be at the perfect volume for the parties atmosphere, but to always be crystal clear. Maxxtone performed a variety of songs that were perfect for dancing and singing along. By the end of the night they had the wedding couple (us) on stage singing with the band. One of the highlights of the night was the band performing our first-dance wedding song, which they learned to play just for us.
